Galatasaray will complete the transfer of Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika should they fail to sign two of their top transfer targets, according to Turkish newspaper Sabah.
The transfer targets are 2025 AFCON final match winner Pape Gueye of Senegal and Youssouf Fofana of AC Milan.
Both players are valued at over 30 million euros, while Onyedika is a lot more affordable with a price tag of around 20 million euros.
Defensive midfielder Onyedika, 24, is already at loggerheads with his Belgian team Club Brugge over a transfer in this window.
He wishes to move after agreeing personal terms, while Club Brugge plan to hold on to him until at least the summer.
The player still has 18 months left on his contract.
Fellow Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen has already tried to convince Onyedika to join Galatasaray, saying they are one of the biggest clubs in the world
